1 ON 1:
Our program is solely focused on meeting the needs of athletes, starting with an AMSG personalized assessment session to identify their unique strengths and weaknesses. We then create a customized program that targets both their strengths and weaknesses, ensuring they’re fully prepared to compete in any environment. Our approach enhances overall performance, and athletes can be confident they’ll reach their full potential and achieve success on the field.
Group:
Irrespective of the group size, every session comprises of an equal mix of technical, tactical, and mental exercises, creating a high-intensity environment for athletes. This ensures that all athletes in AMSG strive for excellence and pushes them to their limits, enabling them to adapt to any environment.

Performance
We offer comprehensive individual, group, and team training that follows a holistic approach to strength and conditioning, tailored specifically for soccer athletes. Our training is rooted in the principles of Charles Poliquin and Paul Chek, two world-renowned strength coaches. Each athlete’s workout is designed based on their unique anatomical structure, enabling them to excel in match fitness, first-step explosiveness, plyometrics, strength, and mobility in a safe setting that ensures longevity
Nutrition
Athletes rely heavily on proper nutrition to perform at their best, as it directly impacts their energy levels, muscle recovery, and overall health. Personalized nutrition programs are designed to meet the specific needs of each athlete, ensuring they receive the necessary vitamins and minerals to support their performance and aid in recovery. By focusing on nutrient-dense foods and reducing unnecessary fats, athletes can optimize their nutritional intake while maintaining a healthy weight.
Recovery
Proper recovery is essential for athletes, as inadequate recovery can lead to a multitude of injuries and chronic issues. Our recovery programs begin with an anatomical assessment to locate any imbalances in the body and bring it back to a neutral state, allowing all muscles to fire properly. Using physical therapy, we utilize a variety of techniques, including mobility exercises, myofascial release, assisted stretching, and rehabilitation exercises, maximizing our athletes’ recovery.
VEO | Match Analysis
AMSG FC’s partnership with VEO enables us to elevate our club’s standards by incorporating individual and team match analysis. With VEO’s cutting-edge video analysis technology, we can now record every match, from the first team to the academy, providing athletes and parents with full access to the footage. This allows for in-depth analysis with our coaches, education on creating highlight videos for collegiate recruitment, & enhancing every athlete’s tactical understanding of the game.
